About Lori
Lori Daugherty received her Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. While in law school, Lori interned with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office. Also, while in law school, she was the Editor of the Voir Dire a student publication. Following law school, Lori worked for the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office as Deputy District Attorney, prosecuting cases in the Misdemeanor Unit including 10 jury trials and over 50 bench trials. After leaving the District Attorney's Office, Lori worked at Donahue Davies, LLP, an insurance defense firm focusing on personal injury and construction defect defense. Lori then worked at Wolfe and Wyman, LLP, a growing insurance defense firm in downtown Sacramento. Lori is a member of the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the State of California and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California. Lori graduated from Sacramento State University Summa Cum Laude. Prior to law school, Lori was a firefighter for California Department of Forestry and Fire. |

About Ryan
Ryan Daugherty received his Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. While in law school, Ryan was Student Bar Association President and Co-Editor of the student publication. Ryan also interned with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office and prosecuted over 50 bench trials. After law school, Ryan worked as General Counsel for Daugherty Insurance Services, his family's commercial insurance brokerage, where he dealt with labor, insurance coverage, construction defect and workers' compensation issues. Ryan also has experience with employment issues, plaintiff civil litigation, drafting contracts and contract disputes, criminal defense, disputes with municipalities, disability claims and disputes with insurance companies. Ryan is admitted to practice in the State of California and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of California. Ryan attended Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo before transferring to the University of the Pacific, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Prior to law school, Ryan lived in San Diego and worked as an insurance broker where he was dual licensed, holding Property & Casualty and Life & Health designations. |
